At Dreams Unsolicited, all sales are final. Please review the following policy carefully before completing your purchase:

Once a purchase is made, it is considered final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for any items. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen. In such cases, please contact your local postal service for assistance.

Exceptions: Our policy does not apply to products that are defective or damaged during shipping. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof of purchase and details of the issue and/or damage. We will work with you to resolve the matter.
