Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has been placed.
As far as crochet orders, we take great care in crafting each of our handmade products to ensure the highest quality. Because each item is made to order, our shipping process differs slightly from our standard retail items.
All of our crochet products are handcrafted with care and attention to detail. As a result, orders may take 5- 30 business days to be processed and completed before they are ready to be shipped. This time allows us to ensure each item meets our high standards of craftsmanship.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is received, and a follow-up email once your order has shipped.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Estimated delivery times after your item has been crafted and shipped:
Standard Shipping: [5-7 business days] (domestic)

Please note that these delivery times apply after the product has been completed and shipped, not from the time of order placement.
Custom Orders:
For custom or personalized handcrafted items, production times may vary. We will communicate any delays or extended timelines with you directly via email.
International Shipping:
- At this time, we only ship within [the United States]. For international orders, please reach out to dreamsunsolicitedllc@gmail.com to inquire about potential shipping options.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Shipping Delays:
- As each item is handcrafted, there may be occasional delays in production. In the event of a delay, we will notify you via email with an updated shipping estimate.
- Delays due to shipping carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control, but we will do our best to ensure timely delivery.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments:
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once they are in the hands of the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local postal service or shipping carrier for assistance.
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, refer to our No Return, No Refund Policy for instructions on how to proceed.
Changes to Orders or Shipping Address:
